1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the baji7 website accessible at https://baji7.io and all associated pages, services, features, and content.
• "baji7", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the baji7 Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the baji7 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User on the baji7 Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances deposited by a User into their baji7 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account by baji7.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and payment details.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to features available on the Platform including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the baji7 Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor browsing the site — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and baji7. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

baji7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

3Account Registration

To access real-money betting, casino, and gaming features on baji7, you must create a registered Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where use of the baji7 Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
• Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the baji7 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not register or operate an Account on behalf of any third party.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. baji7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

baji7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of any right to subsequently suspend or close that Account if eligibility requirements are found not to have been met.

4Age Verification & KYC

baji7 operates a strict 21+ age policy. We are committed to preventing underage gambling and take all reasonable steps to verify the age of our users. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or over.

baji7 may request identity and age verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Passport (valid, current)
• Birth certificate in combination with a government-issued photo ID
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to baji7's satisfaction. baji7 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including access to funds, while a KYC review is in progress. If verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period following a request, baji7 may close the Account and return verified funds in accordance with applicable procedures.

5Deposits & Payments

baji7 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other bank transfer methods as may be made available from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a baji7 Account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the name of the baji7 Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your baji7 Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• baji7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. baji7 accepts no liability for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
• baji7 reserves the right to request proof of payment if there is any doubt regarding the source or ownership of deposited funds.
• Deposits made to a baji7 Account are held securely and may only be used for placing wagers on the Platform or withdrawn in accordance with the Withdrawal terms set out in Section 6.

baji7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. We reserve the right to investigate any deposit transaction that appears unusual in volume, frequency, or origin, and to request supporting documentation as part of that review.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Account holders who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• All active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours may take longer.
• baji7 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security verification, fraud prevention, or KYC review purposes.
• baji7 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving payment provider may apply fees that are outside baji7's control.

baji7 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account balance if it is determined that the request was made in error, that KYC verification is incomplete, or that the withdrawal would result in a negative Account balance after pending wagers are settled.

7Bonuses & Promotions

baji7 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible Account holders. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Account holders aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement, which must be completed within the stated time limit before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements for baji7 deposit bonuses are set at a minimum of 15x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Funds and are used first when placing wagers, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• baji7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.
• Players found to be abusing baji7's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets with a partner to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting free bet structures — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, fishing game, and other wagering activity on baji7 is subject to the following general rules:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. baji7 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a wager after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where baji7 determines that a technical error has materially affected the wager.
• baji7 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, market type, and the User's Account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a wager.
• All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) software or by live dealer procedures governed by the relevant game provider's rules (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others).
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game session, baji7 will use its reasonable endeavours to restore the session. Where restoration is not possible, settled outcomes from any completed game rounds prior to the disconnection will stand.
• baji7 reserves the right to restrict the maximum payout per bet, per day, or per event at its discretion without prior notice.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji7 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account to circumvent restrictions or eligibility requirements.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using baji7 for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events on which baji7 offers markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether on live casino tables or in any other multiplayer context available on the Platform.
• Systematically abusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, third-party accounts, or coordinated strategies specifically designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus structures.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

baji7 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for any of the above activities will be reviewed by the baji7 risk team, and baji7's determination following such a review shall be final and binding.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the baji7 Platform — including but not limited to the baji7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of baji7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baji7 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without express written permission from baji7.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content or software.
• Use the baji7 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of baji7's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may expose the infringing party to civil and/or criminal liability.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji7 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unsuccessful wagers or gaming sessions.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss beyond baji7's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Inaccuracies in odds, statistics, or live data provided by third-party data feed suppliers.

baji7 operates the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. baji7 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy & Data

baji7 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Users in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

baji7 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

baji7 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the services available on the Platform.

13Responsible Gaming

baji7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your session limit is reached and will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from baji7.
• Reality Check Notifications: Configure periodic reminders that display how long you have been active in a session and your net wagering position for that session.

14Account Suspension & Closure

baji7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Use of the Platform by a person under the age of 21.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, baji7 will return verified real-money balances to the Account holder via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting baji7 support. All outstanding wagers will be settled prior to final Account closure and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Account holder.

15Amendments to These Terms

baji7 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, baji7 will endeavour to notify registered Account holders via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. However, it is the User's responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions regularly.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown at the top of this page and within the hero section above. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

16Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the baji7 Platform, baji7 encourages Users to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

baji7's decisions regarding disputes relating to wager outcomes, bonus eligibility, Account suspension, and withdrawal processing are final and binding following completion of the internal review process. baji7 will communicate the outcome of any formal dispute review to the User via their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
